Ashley Bullard assisted my husband and I in booking our belated honeymoon to St Lucia. As it was our first time visiting the island, Ashley was instrumental in guiding us with recommendations of resorts to stay at and excursions to do. She was also very flexible with our itinerary modifications which is great, as I often can be indecisive - especially when money is on the line! She made the process seamless. I also love that you get detailed and summarized itineraries to reference prior to and during your trip. Another important thing to note is Ashley was responsive and helpful while we were overseas, in particular when we needed to cancel an excursion last minute and didn't have direct contact info to do so ourselves. We appreciated how quickly she worked to assist us. We have already used J&A to book another trip and are planning to use them exclusively in the future! We highly recommend.

Ashley did exactly what we asked of her and was available at all times to answer questions. Our cruise experience was no reflection on the services Ashley provided. She was awesome and we'll use her again. We cruised to Bermuda last year and had a great time. Reflecting on that cruise, we booked a room in the Haven on the Norwegian Getaway which was an awesome experience. On this cruise, we opted for a Club Balcony Suite on Norwegian's newest ship, the Aqua. In short, we weren't a fan of the ship. It seemed chopped up and the buffet was impossible to navigate because of the narrow pathway from one end to the other. Some of the dining areas required passengers to go through other dining areas to reach their destination. Not good. And, the overall food quality seemed lesser than previous cruises. Even the specialty dining venues were disappointing. Regarding our stateroom...It was just O.K. We chose this particular cabin because it had a larger balcony, It was slightly larger, but we could never enjoy it because of the weather. It was at the front of the ship which meant we were subject to high winds at all times. The only places on the ship that we enjoyed were the observation Lounge and the Spa. The Spa was top notch and the best part of the cruise. This was our 6th cruise on Norwegian and I think we'll check out other cruise lines going forward. Again, kudos to Ashley for being a great partner. We just think Norwegian took a step backwards on this one.

St. Lucia is an incredible place to visit. The people are friendly, the island is beautiful and the food is absolutely delicious. J&A Travel Adventures curated a perfect vacation for us. I am a very good planner on my own but I was so busy to do any of my own research this time around. Ashley made the planning process an absolute breeze with no hiccups whatsoever in the process. She knew exactly the right activities to plan and places to stay for our romantic getaway. We had the most amazing time and I have already recommended her to 4 other friends / family / coworkers who want to plan their next vacation with her. If you are looking for a wonderful vacation planned by someone who really knows her way around the world, you can't go wrong with J&A Travel!

Thanks for arranging a great trip for us. From the port to the airport and back the transportation service was excellent. The driver even thru in a stop at Buc-ees, since we had never been there. We loved our week on the Viva and can't wait to book it again. Thanks again for making everything smooth for us!
